Concessions and ID Requirements: A valid concession or membership ID must be presented when purchasing or collecting tickets and, if requested, upon entry to the cinema. A valid Companion Card or Companion Card Number must be provided at the time of booking to access the Companion Card Scheme offer.
Standby Queues: AFDIF will strive to operate standby queues for all sold-out sessions. Entry is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Acceptance of Terms: By submitting your order, you indicate that you have read and accept the AFDIF Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.
Right of Admission: AFDIF reserves the right to deny admission to any festival-managed venues. All individuals seeking entry to an event or session must have a valid ticket, regardless of age.
Concessions: AFDIF offers concession tickets for events (where listed) to full-time students, pensioners, healthcare cardholders, seniors, industry members, emergency services workers, and frontline health workers. A current ID, pre-arranged letter of concession, or concession (union) card must be presented when purchasing or collecting tickets and, if requested, upon entry to the cinema.
Late Arrivals: Latecomers may not be admitted to a session, and tickets may be resold to a standby queue. No exchanges or refunds are available if patrons arrive late to a session.
Changes to Sessions or Events: Details of any session or event may be changed without prior notice. Films, artists, or performers may be added, withdrawn, or substituted for specific performances or sessions. In the case of a canceled film, AFDIF will offer exchanges or credit the booking to your pass, allowing you to purchase another film. Passes may not be refunded in full or part due to a film change.
Privacy Policy: Your personal details will never be sold to a third party by AFDIF or passed on for marketing purposes. You can view our privacy policy on our website.
Photography and Videography: AFDIF regularly employs photography and videography services to capture events for documentation and future marketing purposes. When attending an AFDIF event, attendees may be photographed, and AFDIF reserves the right to use all photography for promotional purposes.
Payment Security: AFDIF stores your personal and payment details securely. All credit card details are managed by our ticket supplier, Ferve. Please refer to Ferve's terms and conditions for more information.
